Instructions
- Go to the northern part of Termina Field.
- There'll be some large Dodongos here, turn into Deku Link and use his spin attack to stun one.
- Quickly put on the Goron mask and start pushing it towards the small pond between the entrance to Milk road and the entrance to Great Bay (You can push the Dodongo as Deku Link but it's much slower).
- Just before the Dodongo recovers turn back into Deku Link and stun him.
- Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you've got the Dodongo over by the pond.
- Push him up against the stone wall, and into the water just enough so that the deepest part of the water he's in is as deep as Deku Link can go without hopping.
- Turn into Deku Link and go into the water in front of him as deep as you can without starting to hop.
- Go into first person. The Dodongo should now recover and start walking back towards the Northern part of the field (if you're unlucky he'll turn around and flame you, if so once you reappear hurry over to the pond, the Dodongo won't have gone far and you can try again). If you put him and yourself in the right places, as he passes you he'll push you into deeper water and you'll start hopping in first person.
- Hop to land (this is trickier than it sounds because the Dodongo tends to get in the way).
Result
You're now running around in first person view.
You can use the Ocarina, Deku Nuts, Bottles and the Lens of Truth while in first person and you'll stay in it. You can also use Deku flowers and read signs while in first person view. If you use the Pictograph Box, press c-Up twice, go into bubble blowing mode, exit the current area, auto-jump off something or take off the Deku mask the view will return to normal.
