Instructions

1. Wait until the third day.
2. Enter Honey and Darling's game center and put on the Deku mask.
3. Put the items you want to use onto a c-button.
4. Talk to Honey and Darling and choose to play.

Result

Once the game has started you can use any c-button item as Deku Link. You can even put on the FD mask and once the game ends leave as FD Link.

Explanation

When you begin, the game makes your items disappear so it won't get in the way. Along with it disappearing, the game also mistakenly makes the code for the C-button items in houses/shops that would usually be blocked, disabled like the item HUD is. This allows you to use any item you want since the C-button item check is disabled temporarily for the game.
