Instructions

1. Revive Koume
2. Talk to Koume in the hut to take the boat cruise
3. Disembark in front of the Deku Palace
4. Get back on the boat and start riding

Result

Time will not pass during the rest of the boat cruise.

Notes

If you already have the pictograph, you don't have to revive Koume and can instead get that glitch by first doing the Boat Cruise without Reviving Koume glitch then doing all the steps starting from the third step.
