Instructions
- Go to the graveyard on the night of the first day.
- Put on the Captain's Hat and talk to one of the Stalchildren that are walking around the grave.
- Order them to open the grave and jump down the hole.
- Make your way across the platforms into a room with a horde of bats, light the three torches here to open the door.
- Go into the next room to find an Iron Knuckle, kill it.
- Once you've killed it a cutscene with the Ghost of Flat will roll. After it ends equip the Lens of Truth and turn it on (but before that, turn into one of your other forms if you want to, because the glitch will stop working if you change forms, and the glitch can only be done once in a 3 day cycle. I suggest Zora Link).
- When you're ready, with the Lens turned on, walk up to Flat's grave and Z-target it, another cutscene should start, this one will teach you the Song of Storms though.
- Play the song when the game asks you to.
Result
When you regain control of Link, the Lens will still be on, but it's not using any magic.
Now the game allows you to use any moves/items that require magic while the Lens is still on.
If you unequip the Lens from the C button (by putting something else in it's place) it will keep going, even though it shouldn't. If you did the glitch as Zora Link, use his energy barrier to waste all your magic and once you have a totally empty magic meter, the game won't let you turn the Lens off normally.
There are still three ways left to turn it off: leave the area (through the door), take out your Ocarina, or transform.
