Instructions

1. Go to the Gorman Bro's racetrack.
2. As you enter there is a small building on your right, go and stand at the front left corner of it (corner closest to racetrack and furthest from righthand wall).
3. Put on the Goron mask and do a Goron Pound.
4. At the height of the pound release A so Goron Link uncurls, he'll land on top of the roof of the small building.

Result

From here you can either walk onto the other side of the roof and fall into the building, or you can jump (as normal or Zora Link) and perform an attack in midair to get over the fence and into the racetrack.
