1. From Termina Field go into the swamp area.
2. In here there is a Deku flower near the entrance to Termina Field, and the one to Southern Swamp, jump in either of these flowers and float into the nearby exit.

Result

If you make it far enough you'll fall through the ground as the screen fades.
