Instructions

1. Go to the Goron Shrine.
2. Light all the torches so the chandelier starts rotating.
3. Head up to the top level and put on the Goron mask.
4. Use the ramp up here to smash the pots on the chandelier until you find the Rock Sirloin.
5. Pick it up and head back to the Mountain village.
6. Once you get there jump into the water.

Result

You'll appear back at where you entered the village as normal Link, still carrying the Rock Sirloin. If you put it down you won't be able to pick it back up as normal Link.
