Instructions

1. Go to Zora Cape, to the area of land where Lulu and the giant turtle are.
2. Put on the Zora mask.
3. Play the New Wave Bossa Nova to make the turtle come up.
4. Take off the Zora mask.
5. Take out the Hookshot and aim at the very top of the closest Palm tree on the turtle's back (you may need to move closer to be able to reach it).
6. Shoot the Hookshot.

Result

It'll catch onto the Palm tree and pull you onto the turtle's back. The cinema showing the turtle swimming out to the Great Bay Temple will then play, during it you should be able to see Link hovering above the turtle's back.
