Instructions

1. Go to the Laundry Pool.
2. Stand at the very edge of the pool at the opposite side to where the door the Kafei's hideout is.
3. Face in the direction of the frog using first person view.
4. Take out a bomb and put it down in front of you.
5. Transform into Deku Link and hold down the shield button.

Result

When the bomb explodes, Deku Link will be knocked back and hop across the water to where the sewer grate is and clip through the ceiling where he'll appear inside Kafei's hideout.
