Instructions

1. Go to the Bomber kid guarding the entrance to the Observatory as either normal or Zora Link.
2. Stand on either side of the Bomber.
3. Hold Z and back on the control stick so you're stepping backwards towards the gap between him and the wall.
4. While doing step 3. the A button should change to 'jump', press A.

Result

You'll jump over the Bomber kid and can proceed down the passageway without giving the password. It's possible to do with Fierce Deity Link as well (via "FD Link Anywhere" glitch). You'll have to stand in front of the Bomber kid and face directly away from him, then hold Z and walk backwards to him and press 'A' while still holding 'Backward' to speak when you can't go any further, when the conversation ends you will appear behind him.
