Instructions

1. Get any save file up to the point where Zelda has thrown the Ocarina of Time into the Hyrule Town Market moat for you to collect.
2. Perform the 21 Bottles glitch on the Fairy Ocarina.
3. Equip this new bottle to a C-button.
4. Collect the Ocarina of Time.

Result

Once you regain control of Link pause the game, the bottle will still be equipped, but the Ocarina of Time will be where it should be on the Items Subscreen. If you equip the Ocarina of Time, the bottle will disappear, and if you empty out what is in the bottle or catch something in it, the Ocarina of Time will be replaced with the bottle on the Items Subscreen.
