Instructions

1. Perform the Useful Cucco glitch.
2. Grab the Cucco and go near the dancing couple (don't go through the fence).
3. Position Link so that he's on the left side of the fence.
4. Press "Z" and pull the analog stick to the right, so Link starts to fly over the wall.
5. Quickly push the analog stick to the left.

Result

If timed correctly, Link will fly back to ground, but Cucco animation will be frozen (it doesn't move).
